My Personal Freedom Session

You can take Freedom Session on your own but you will have a much better experience if you take it with a couple of friends.  We call this a FS Triad.  In every Freedom "Session," there is a small group discussion component designed to help you process / apply what you've learned with others. For most participants, this becomes one of the best aspects of Freedom Session.
